Description

Panorama Views Above the City
High above the city, this extraordinary four-bedroom condominium is defined by panoramic views, exceptional light, and a remarkable three-wing layout that creates a rare sense of both openness and privacy.

From nearly every room, the city unfolds before you. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping Hudson River views, a dramatic southern panorama toward Midtown, and wide-open northern vistas extending beyond the George Washington Bridge. With ceilings approaching 11 feet, multiple corner exposures, and sunlight throughout the day, the home feels as expansive as the views themselves.

At the heart of the residence is the spectacular living and entertaining wing, set apart from the bedroom quarters. The corner great room is wrapped in glass, with mesmerizing river and skyline views and a real fireplace that brings warmth and intimacy to the dramatic space. An elegant dining room enjoys its own direct river views, while the open kitchen connects seamlessly to the great room-equally suited to relaxed evenings at home or entertaining on a grand scale.

The primary suite occupies its own private wing, creating a true retreat. A gracious private entry leads to the corner bedroom, where walls of windows capture spectacular views and abundant natural light. Generous closets provide exceptional storage, while the spacious primary bath features a large soaking tub, separate shower, oversized vanity, and perhaps its most unexpected luxury-a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the Hudson.

The home's third wing offers three additional bedrooms and two full baths, providing wonderful separation for guests, or work-from-home needs. One corner bedroom, currently used as an office, commands particularly striking views across the Hudson and toward the George Washington Bridge.

The Straus Park Condominium is a 64-unit boutique building with 24-hour desk and doorman service, a residential building manager, a renovated, air-conditioned lobby and elevator, a roof sundeck, a gymnasium, and a playroom. Each unit has its own washer and dryer.

Panoramic river and skyline views. Extraordinary light. Exceptional privacy. And a floor plan unlike the ordinary.
